I used to be quite anxious when I went to the dentist. But Dr. Gordon's skill and professionalism has changed that. In fact the entire staff went out of their way to make me more relaxed and comfortable.
Beginning with Anna, the experienced Dental Hygienist, I was impressed with the kind care and advanced technology available from the office. I could not help but notice the sparkling clean facility and the modern, digital x-ray system. Dr. Gordon also made good use of computers to show me the current condition of my teeth.
Dr. Gordon created a comprehensive treatment plan for me that explained all of the options and procedures she suggested, then Katie, Patient Care Coordinator, worked with me to assure I could fit the work into my budget.
Dawn, the Lead Dental Assistant, explained my procedures and treatments and contributed greatly to my feeling of trust and comfort. She's a wonderful person and I enjoyed talking with her.
